If you provide data (e.g. in a CV) to a wider extent than your name, place of residence (correspondence address), professional experience, please include in the sent documents a consent clause for the processing of personal data. The legal basis for processing your data in the event of the abovementioned consent will be art. 6 para. 1 lit.a) GDPR. In addition, as part of the recruitment process, your data may be processed pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 point GDPR. Your personal data may be disclosed to other entities in the event of consent to provide personal data or in the event of an obligation to provide personal data under generally applicable law. The Personal Data Administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization. Your personal data will be processed until the above-mentioned purposes are fulfilled, but no longer than it results from the applicable law, in particular in the event of your disagreement with further processing of personal data after the recruitment process, the Data Administrator will immediately delete all the data sent by Your application documents. You have the right to request from the data administrator access to personal data, rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to object to the processing of your personal data or the transfer of data. You have the right to withdraw any consent given to the Data Administrator to process data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). Providing your data in the scope of: name and surname, date of birth, place of residence (correspondence address), education, and employment history is voluntary but necessary for recruitment. Providing additional personal data is voluntary and requires your explicit consent. Your personal data will not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
